He changed the working culture to focus on revenue generation and developed a strategic direction and blueprint for the company after it was rebranded as DPCH. He also created the DPCH core values (PRICE – Professional, Respect, Integrity, Creative & Efficient) and implemented strategies to uphold them. Tazli facilitated the telecommunication industry to improve facilities in Perak and led initiatives such as the Hub Inovasi & Multimedia at Mydin@Meru, which provided computer training, co-working spaces, and a green screen studio for the public at a nominal cost. He also secured grants from the state to develop augmented reality tourism apps.

The goal of Skolar Malaysia is to be the leader in providing scholarly assistance to educators in schools and higher education institutions, especially in the area of teaching and learning. Dr. Tazli holds the position of Associate Professor at the Center for Lifelong Learning. In this role, he is responsible for developing courses and microcredentials, supervising students, and conducting research on lifelong learning and digital education. Dr. Tazli is tasked to design and create engaging microcredentials curriculum content, ensuring its relevance to adult learners. He is also assigned to oversee the development of microcredential programs to offer specialized learning opportunities for professionals. As a mentor, Dr. Tazli is to provide guidance and support to students, monitoring their progress and offering academic and career advice. Additionally, he is also expected to conduct research on innovative teaching methodologies and the impact of technology on adult education.
